Competitors are divided into four groups of 18 or 24 persons, one of which is for women.
Organised by Helsingin Kisa-Veikot, Helsingin Tarmo and Tapanilan Erä.
Events on Saturday 11.4. 9.00 a.m. ->
The hall opens at 7.30 a.m.
60m, Long Jump, 800m, Shot put, 400m, High jump, 3000m
Events on Sunday 12.4. 08.40 a.m. -> around 8 p.m.
Weight throw (in Eläintarha stadium, map), 60m hurdles, Pole vault, 1500m, 200m, Triple jump, 5000m
Please note these rules
In hurdles, the distance between the hurdles are the same for all age groups. That is, longer than normal for N40 and older and M50 and older. See hurdle heights and distances (pdf).
In the high jump and pole vault, a competitor has a maximum of six attempts in total. (We offer a selection of poles for loan.)
All track events must be completed. This means that a participant who doesn’t finish a track event or become disqualified is not allowed to continue the multievents.
